  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Jerk Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Fresh Parsley for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Prepare the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the sliced chicken and jerk seasoning, cooking until the chicken is browned and cooked through, approximately 6-8 minutes.
  3. Sauté the Vegetables: Toss the sliced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic into the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables soften, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Add the Cream: Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Allow it to simmer gently for a few minutes.
  5. Combine Everything: Mix in the cooked pasta and shredded cheese until everything is beautifully coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and serve hot.
