Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season each chicken breast generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up your dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then press into the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  6. Add the coated chicken to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4–5 minutes per side.
  7. Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15–20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  9. Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously until thickened, approximately 3–5 minutes.
  10. Serve the crispy chicken hot, drizzled with the creamy garlic sauce and garnished with parsley.

Notes

Can be made ahead by dredging chicken ahead of time and storing in the refrigerator. Leftovers can be stored for up to three days.
