Description

Ingredients

  • Bell Peppers, Thinly Sliced
  • Fresh Herbs (Mint or Cilantro)

  • Fresh Lime Juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all vegetables and herbs, cutting them into thin strips for rolling.
  2. Soak the Rice Paper: Fill a large shallow bowl with warm water. Soak a rice paper sheet for 10-15 seconds until pliable.
  3. Assemble the Rolls: Lay the softened rice paper flat and place about two tablespoons of your filling mixture.
  4. Roll Them Up: Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the edge with the filling.
  5. Fry to Perfection: Heat oil in a skillet and fry the rolls seam side down until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Present the rolls hot alongside soy sauce and lime juice for dipping.
