Instructions
- Begin by marinating your chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Mix together the seasoned flour in a separate bowl.
- Heat oil in your frying pan over medium heat.
- Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, pressing gently.
- Add the chicken to the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Incorporate the jalapeño slices in the last few minutes of frying.
- Serve hot on a platter.
