- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream or milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine 2 cups of cooked macaroni, 2 cups of shredded chicken, 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste in your crockpot.
- Stir it all together until the macaroni is well coated in the sauce.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of cream or milk, then mix again until every ingredient harmonizes.
- Top the mixture with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, spreading it evenly over the top.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until everything is heated through and the cheese is beautifully melted and bubbly.
- Dish out warm servings into bowls and enjoy!
