Description

A creamy, cheesy bowl of BBQ chicken mac and cheese, perfect for weeknights or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream or milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine 2 cups of cooked macaroni, 2 cups of shredded chicken, 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste in your crockpot.
  2. Stir it all together until the macaroni is well coated in the sauce.
  3. Pour in 1/2 cup of cream or milk, then mix again until every ingredient harmonizes.
  4. Top the mixture with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, spreading it evenly over the top.
  5. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until everything is heated through and the cheese is beautifully melted and bubbly.
  6. Dish out warm servings into bowls and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with garlic bread, steamed broccoli, coleslaw, or fruit salad for a well-rounded meal.
