A comforting and hearty dish featuring layers of ravioli, meat sauce, and creamy cheeses, all cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 1 package frozen ravioli
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 pound ground beef (or sausage)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the meat in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper and drain excess grease.
- Layer half of the frozen ravioli in the slow cooker.
- Add half of the cooked meat sauce over the ravioli.
- Dollop half of the ricotta cheese on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses over the ricotta.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
- Serve warm and enjoy your meal!
Notes
Prepare the layers a day in advance and store in the refrigerator, then cook on the day of serving. For a crispy top, broil after slow cooking.
