- 1 lb Chicken Breast, sliced
- 8 oz Noodles (egg noodles or udon)
- 1 Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds, for garnish
- 2 Green Onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Sauté the minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Brown the chicken slices in the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Incorporate the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat the ingredients evenly.
- Combine the cooked noodles into the skillet, tossing everything for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce a few hours or overnight. Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables.
