Description

A delightful bowl of chicken teriyaki noodles with tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and a tangy teriyaki sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, sliced
  • 8 oz Noodles (egg noodles or udon)
  • 1 Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds, for garnish
  • 2 Green Onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Brown the chicken slices in the skillet, cooking for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Incorporate the teriyaki sauce and soy sauce, stirring to coat the ingredients evenly.
  7. Combine the cooked noodles into the skillet, tossing everything for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

For a deeper flavor, marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce a few hours or overnight. Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables.
