A luscious no-bake pie featuring a creamy filling layered with mixed berries and a buttery graham cracker crust.

- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup berry jam or sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then set aside.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Layer half of the creamy filling into the crust and spread it evenly.
- Add the mixed berries over the filling and drizzle with berry jam.
- Pour the remaining filling over the berries and smooth the surface.
- Swirl any remaining jam on top to create patterns.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Best made a day in advance for optimal flavor blending. Can substitute different fruits based on availability.
