Description

A luscious no-bake pie featuring a creamy filling layered with mixed berries and a buttery graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup berry jam or sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then set aside.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. Layer half of the creamy filling into the crust and spread it evenly.
  6. Add the mixed berries over the filling and drizzle with berry jam.
  7. Pour the remaining filling over the berries and smooth the surface.
  8. Swirl any remaining jam on top to create patterns.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (4 hours) or until set.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Best made a day in advance for optimal flavor blending. Can substitute different fruits based on availability.
