Description

Ingredients

  • 24 oz Frozen Mango Chunks (about 6 cups)
  • 1/3 cup Light Agave Syrup
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 (6-oz) container Fresh Raspberries (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Frozen Mango: Place the frozen mango chunks into your food processor.
  2. Blend into Smoothness: Add light agave syrup and lime juice to the mango and process until smooth.
  3. Serve Immediately or Freeze for Later: Enjoy right away for soft-serve consistency or freeze for at least 4 hours for a firmer texture.
