Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place your Dutch oven inside to warm up.
  2. Mix ingredients in a large bowl: combine flour, yogurt, sour cream, baking soda, and salt.

  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
  5. Shape it into a loaf and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
  6. Bake in the hot Dutch oven, covered for 30 minutes.
