- 1 can of crescent dough
- 4 eggs
- 3 slices of ham, chopped
- 1/2 cup of milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of hollandaise sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until blended and frothy.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and pour in the egg mixture, scrambling continuously until fluffy.
- Unroll the crescent dough and cut it into rectangles.
- Place scrambled eggs and chopped ham in the center of each rectangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Bake the rolls on a lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle warm hollandaise sauce over the top before serving.
