Description

Delightful Eggs Benedict Breakfast Rolls featuring flaky pastry, buttery scrambled eggs, savory ham, and drizzled with hollandaise sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent dough
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 slices of ham, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of hollandaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl until blended and frothy.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and pour in the egg mixture, scrambling continuously until fluffy.
  4. Unroll the crescent dough and cut it into rectangles.
  5. Place scrambled eggs and chopped ham in the center of each rectangle.
  6. Roll the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Bake the rolls on a lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Drizzle warm hollandaise sauce over the top before serving.

Notes

Prepare scrambled eggs and chop ham the night before for a quick assembly in the morning.
