Description

A vibrant and festive ice cream cake layered with creamy vanilla, strawberry, and blueberry ice cream, perfect for celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 Strawberry Ice Cream
  • 1 Blueberry Ice Cream
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream
  • 1/2 cup Red Sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup Blue Sprinkles
  • 1 Cake Base (pound cake or brownies)
  • Food Coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cake base by baking and cooling completely.
  2. Divide the vanilla ice cream into three bowls and tint one red and another blue.
  3. Layer the cake base in a serving dish, followed by the red-tinted ice cream.
  4. Add a layer of vanilla ice cream, then the blue-tinted ice cream.
  5. Spread a generous layer of whipped cream on top.
  6. Decorate with red and blue sprinkles.
  7. Freeze for several hours or overnight until set.
  8. Serve by slicing into portions when ready.

Notes

Ensure ice creams are softened for easier layering. Can be made a week in advance.
