Description

Fruity Pebbles Cookies are a nostalgic treat that combines the vibrant flavors of childhood with a delightful crunch and chewy texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the butter and sugars until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, then beat in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl, then stir into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased or parchment-lined baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers are slightly undercooked.
  8. Cool the cookies on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
