- 1 box of funfetti cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- Mix the cake batter by combining the funfetti cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans and bake for 25-30 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
- Prepare the cheesecake layer by beating the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until creamy.
- Assemble the cake by placing one layer on a serving plate, spreading the cheesecake mixture on top, and adding the second layer.
- Frost the cake with whipped cream using an offset spatula.
- Decorate the top with extra sprinkles. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
