Description

A delightful Funfetti Cheesecake Cake combining colorful layers of cake with a creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of funfetti cake mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Mix the cake batter by combining the funfetti cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans and bake for 25-30 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
  4. Prepare the cheesecake layer by beating the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until creamy.
  5. Assemble the cake by placing one layer on a serving plate, spreading the cheesecake mixture on top, and adding the second layer.
  6. Frost the cake with whipped cream using an offset spatula.
  7. Decorate the top with extra sprinkles. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
