Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. If using, add minced garlic or onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

- Pour in the vegetable broth (or water), followed by lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently.
