- 3 tablespoons harissa paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the marinade, ensuring each piece is covered.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the marinated chicken on a baking sheet with a little space between pieces.
- Roast the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
Notes
For better flavor absorption, marinate overnight if possible. You can also cook in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for a quicker option.
