- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the chicken drumsticks in a large resealable bag or bowl, pour the marinade over, and coat well.
- Seal the bag or cover the bowl, letting it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for better flavor).
- Arrange the drumsticks on a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway through, until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
Notes
Letting the chicken marinate overnight enhances the flavors. For extra crispy skin, ensure the chicken is patted dry before marinating.
