- 1 package of sausage links
- 1 package of jalapeños
- 1 package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, or pepper jack)
- Optional: bacon bits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Blend the softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, and sliced jalapeños in a mixing bowl until thoroughly mixed.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into triangles along the perforations.
- Place a sausage link on the wide end of each triangle and add a spoonful of the cheese mixture on top.
- Roll the dough around the sausage and filling, tucking it in snugly.
- Arrange the rolled bites on a lined baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until they turn golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
