Description

Deliciously fluffy sliders filled with tender chicken, spicy jalapeños, and creamy ranch dressing, all enveloped in buttery rolls.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cheese (Cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 cup fresh or pickled jalapeños, chopped
  • 12 buttery rolls (Hawaiian rolls are ideal)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, jalapeños, and cheese in a bowl.
  3. Prepare the rolls by slicing them in half horizontally and placing the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Fill the rolls with the chicken mixture evenly.
  5. Add the top halves of the rolls to cap them.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
