Description

Ingredients

  • Slider buns (whole wheat or gluten-free options)
  • Flour (or almond flour/cornstarch for gluten-free)
  • 1 Egg (or silken tofu/flax egg for vegan)
  • Panko breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs/crushed crackers)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
  • Mayonnaise (vegan mayo for dairy-free)
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Crunchy toppings (lettuce, pickles, or slaw)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Prepare three shallow dishes with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat each chicken piece in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat.
