Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 limes, juiced

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Marinate the chicken: Place the chicken breasts into a resealable bag or dish, pour the marinade over, and coat well. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
