Description

A delightful dish combining tender chicken glazed with maple syrup and served over creamy coconut rice, garnished with fresh green onions.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook the chicken in a skillet with a drizzle of oil over medium heat, adding maple syrup and soy sauce.
