Description

A delightful cheese ball made with soft mozzarella, cream cheese, fresh herbs, and garlic, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (parsley, chives, dill)
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional for coating)

Instructions

  1. Combine the mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, fresh herbs, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Blend the mixture using a hand mixer on medium speed for a couple of minutes until well-blended and smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts if using, to create a crispy coating.
  5. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Unwrap and place the cheese ball onto a serving platter when ready to serve.

Notes

This cheese ball can be prepared a day in advance for better flavor.
