Description

Delicious no-bake granola cups filled with peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips, perfect for a quick, nutritious snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix granola, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Use a spatula to fold them together gently until completely combined.
  2. Prepare muffin tin: Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners, ensuring they fit snugly for easy removal later.
  3. Fill the cups: Evenly distribute the granola mixture into each liner. Press down firmly with the back of the spoon to pack it tightly.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate the filled muffin tin for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Serve: Gently pull the cups from the muffin tin and store in an airtight container.

Notes

You can prepare these cups a few days in advance. Feel free to customize with dried fruits or nuts.
