- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine shredded coconut, rolled oats, and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt butter and chocolate chips together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract once melted.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the oat and coconut mixture and stir until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then form small bites from the mixture and place on the sheet.
- Drizzle each bite with caramel sauce.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set, then serve chilled.
