Description

Delight in soft, chewy No-Bake Samoa Cookie Bites, reminiscent of the beloved Girl Scout cookie, crafted with chocolate, caramel, and toasted coconut.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded coconut, rolled oats, and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt butter and chocolate chips together in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously.
  3. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract once melted.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the oat and coconut mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then form small bites from the mixture and place on the sheet.
  6. Drizzle each bite with caramel sauce.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set, then serve chilled.
