- 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the honey, orange juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the carrots to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the glaze.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until tender and lightly caramelized, stirring halfway through.
- Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
These carrots can be prepped earlier in the day and can also be made in an air fryer for a different texture.
