Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until combined and frothy.
- Grease your baking dish generously with butter or non-stick spray.
- Spread the cut croissant pieces across the bottom of the dish.
- Add the diced sausage or ham over the croissants, followed by the chopped onions and bell peppers.
