Description

A creamy peanut butter dessert layered with crispy graham crackers, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Milk (as needed)
  • Graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Incorporate the whipped cream: Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture using a rubber spatula.
  3. Layer it up: Place graham crackers in the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  4. Add the peanut butter layer: Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Repeat: Add another layer of graham crackers and top with the remaining peanut butter mixture.
  6. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (or overnight).
  7. Slice and serve chilled.
