- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Milk (as needed)
- Graham crackers
Instructions
- Prepare the mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Incorporate the whipped cream: Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture using a rubber spatula.
- Layer it up: Place graham crackers in the bottom of an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Add the peanut butter layer: Spread half of the peanut butter mixture over the graham crackers.
- Repeat: Add another layer of graham crackers and top with the remaining peanut butter mixture.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (or overnight).
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
The cake can be made ahead of time for convenience. It stores well in the refrigerator.
