Instructions
- Crush the Oreos: Begin by placing your Oreo cookies in the food processor. Pulse until you achieve fine crumbs.
- Mix with cream cheese: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese.
- Roll into balls: Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Freeze for 30 minutes: Pop the baking sheet into the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate: Use your microwave or a double boiler to melt the chocolate until smooth.
