Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Begin by peeling the carrots and shredding them into delicate ribbons.
  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, agave, ground coriander, cayenne, and salt. Whisk until emulsified.
  3. Place the shredded carrots in a large bowl and pour the dressing over them.
