- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 4 large eggs

- 1 egg for egg wash
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut them into 4-inch squares.
- Whisk together the eggs in a medium bowl until combined, light, and frothy.
- Stir in the cooked sausage and shredded cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture at the center of each pastry square.
- Fold over to enclose the filling, sealing the edges tightly.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
