Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
- Boil the sweet potatoes in a large pot for 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
- Mash the drained sweet potatoes in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Incorporate butter, brown sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon into the bowl.
