- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey

- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

- Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions
- Whisk together the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a medium mixing bowl.
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over it, ensuring it is well coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Thicken the sauce by mixing cornstarch and water in a small bowl; stir into the slow cooker about 30 minutes before the cooking time ends.
- Shred the cooked chicken with two forks in the sauce and serve over rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Pat chicken dry before cooking for better browning. Consider using an Instant Pot for quicker preparation.
