Description

Delightfully crunchy S’mores Popcorn Balls are a playful twist on the classic campfire treat, combining popcorn with gooey marshmallows, chocolate, and graham cracker crumbs for a delicious snack.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups popcorn (popped)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine popcorn and graham cracker crumbs in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, then stir in mini marshmallows until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then remove from heat.
  4. Coat the popcorn mixture with the melted marshmallow mixture, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Cool slightly, then stir in chocolate chips, being careful not to let it harden.
  6. Form into balls about the size of golf balls with wet hands to prevent sticking.
  7. Set the popcorn balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool completely.
