Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven: Set your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease your loaf pan generously.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix the eggs, vegetable oil, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry: Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to your greased loaf pan, smoothing the top gently.

  7. Make the glaze: While the cake is cooling, whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
