Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Set your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease your loaf pan generously.
- Mix the dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix the eggs, vegetable oil, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry: Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to your greased loaf pan, smoothing the top gently.

- Make the glaze: While the cake is cooling, whisk together powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
