- 1 lb steak (your choice of cut; ribeye, sirloin, or filet mignon)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme or oregano)
Instructions
- Marinate the steak by combining olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried herbs in a mixing bowl. Add the steak, coating generously, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Chop your veggies into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the marinated steak in the air fryer for approximately 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Add the veggies to the air fryer with about 5 minutes remaining on the steak.
- Rest the steak for a few minutes before slicing, then serve alongside the roasted veggies.
