Instructions

- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
