- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and stir-fry until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in the bell peppers, pineapple, and broccoli, stirring for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce over the mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2 minutes to heat the sauce through.
- Serve the stir fry hot over rice or noodles.
