Description

A vibrant and flavorful stir fry featuring tender chicken, colorful vegetables, and a tangy sweet and sour sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and stir-fry until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Toss in the bell peppers, pineapple, and broccoli, stirring for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour the sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce over the mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat the sauce through.
  6. Serve the stir fry hot over rice or noodles.
