- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil

- Powdered sugar and pineapple juice for glaze
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the bundt pan by greasing and flouring it.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack.
- Make the glaze by whisking powdered sugar, pineapple juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
Notes
For added flavor, consider using coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. Improves in taste when baked a day in advance.
