Description

A zesty and vibrant slaw that combines the crunch of cabbage and carrots with the zing of dill pickles and a touch of Sriracha for a delightful kick.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, grated
  • ½ cup dill pickles, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prep the vegetables: Start by shredding the cabbage and grating the carrots. Toss them with the chopped pickles and thinly sliced red onion in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Make the dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Sriracha sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar until smoothly combined.
  3. Combine: Drizzle the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss well using tongs or a spatula.
