- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 oranges, quartered
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 1 onion, quartered
- Fresh herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, and sage)
- 4 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey: Remove the giblets from the cavity, pat dry with paper towels.
- Season the exterior with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with quartered oranges, lemon, onion, and fresh herbs.
- Roast the turkey in a roasting pan with chicken broth in the bottom.
- Cook for approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Baste hourly with pan drippings.
- Rest the turkey for at least 20 minutes before carving.
