Description

A rich and creamy chicken dish inspired by the flavors of Tuscany, featuring garlic, spinach, and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Sauté the garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and thickened.
  6. Add the spinach and dried herbs, cooking until wilted.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over it, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with your choice of side.

Notes
